LOLA
Discover Casa Lola, the island’s newest and most coveted beach villa. Featuring seven exquisite suites, this villa offers expansive open-air spaces and a rooftop terrace with stunning 360-degree views of the Caribbean.

Adorned with custom tiles, handcrafted doors, and unique furniture pieces, Casa Lola is a perfect blend of modern luxury and Mexican charm. For larger groups, Casa Lola can be combined with its sister villa, Encantada, to provide a total of 13 suites. Guests at Casa Lola enjoy a private saltwater infinity pool, mesmerizing water walls, numerous lounging areas, and an exclusive stretch of white sand beach. The experience is further elevated by Coco B’s exceptional in-villa concierge services, ensuring every need is met with the highest level of care for a secluded and luxurious getaway.
ENCANTADA
The inaugural gem of the Coco B villa collection, Villa Encantada, perfectly blends sophistication and elegance.

Custom pasta medallion tiles, hand-poured and polished by local artisans, adorn the walls and floors, adding a unique touch of craftsmanship. Encantada's six individually designed suites feature cast-in-place white concrete sinks and furniture, a master bed canopy, and a soaking tub. The villa includes a two-story floating white concrete staircase leading to a penthouse level with white-washed Santorini barrel roof lines. A newly retrofitted kitchen and dining room feature a 6-meter span of sliding doors, opening up to alfresco dining, a charming palapa-covered lounge, pool, and outdoor bar. The oceanfront infinity pool offers stunning views, complemented by a beautiful stretch of sandy, walkable beach.
COCO
Casa Coco embodies refined bohemian elegance with its casual yet sophisticated decor. This villa features 10 meticulously designed suites, blending comfort and luxury with custom tiles, doors, and furnishings that reflect the vibrant culture of the island and region.

Casa Coco is ideal for extended family gatherings, group vacations, weddings, retreats, and corporate events, accommodating up to 100 guests when paired with its sister property, Cielo. The Coco experience includes exceptional in-villa concierge services and curated experiences, ensuring that every need is met with the highest level of care. Guests can enjoy a variety of ocean views from the private infinity pool, rooftop shalas, hanging chair gardens, over-ocean terrace, ocean pier, and secluded beach access.
CIELO
This intimate and newly renovated four-bedroom bungalow boasts a private oceanfront saltwater infinity pool and the best sunset vistas of the island.
